Funeral services for Hedy Lamar Griffin, 73, who passed away on June 7, 2014, will be held Wednesday at 1:00 PM from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery (Gate #2). Mrs. Griffin was born in Atlanta, Georgia and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and she enjoyed family, animals, gardening and flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, the late Frank A. Griffin and their son, Gary L. Griffin. Survivors include 2 sons, Ronald W. Griffin (Jackie), and Dennis M. Griffin (Evelyn); 5 grandchildren, Warren Barnhill, Rachel Griffin, Shawn Griffin, Tim Griffin and Frank Griffin. Arrangements under the direction of George H.
