Heidi Ruth Mason, infant daughter of Adam Archie Mason and wife, Kassandra “Kassie” Sasnett Mason, was born on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Duke Medical Center in Durham, and passed away that same day. The family will hold a private service to honor Heidi.
In addition to her parents, Heidi is survived by her grandparents, Keith B. Mason and wife, Elizabeth “Doogie” Hodges Mason of Washington; Diana S. Hines of Bath; and Paul R. Sasnett and wife, Marcy of Washington. Heidi is also survived by her uncle Keith B. Mason, Jr.; aunt Amanda D. Sasnett; cousin Brody; great-grandmother Janet D. Sasnett; and great-grandfather Elwood T. Swain. Heidi was preceded in death by her grandmother, Amy D. Sasnett, and uncle, Ethan “Reid” Sasnett.
The family acknowledges and appreciates the love, support, and continued prayers throughout this journey.
