I am so sorry to hear about heidi's passing. My condolences to her family.

The entire Norwin Track Staff extends its deepest sympathies to the Shellgren family. Heidi holds a special place in our hearts not only as an outstanding athlete but an outstanding person. Her work ethic was infectious to all around her and her upbeat personality was a joy to experience. Know that you are in our prayers and that you are not alone in your grief and sorrow.
