Not sure what to say?

When I first went to work in the insurance industry, Helen was the first woman agent that I knew and was very good to me all these years. It was just two short years ago, we went to her 90th birthday and I was fortunate enough to see and talk to her all of these 52 years.

My sincere condolence to all my Asher friends. I've admired Helen for more than 30 yrs when I had the pleasure of working for both Helen & Paul (until his passing). I am proud to say that Helen was my mentor and helped form my professional careeer in the insurance industry as a woman....when there were few women of her stature in the industry. Today I own my own agency and owe must of my success to Helen. She showed me that I could do anything I set out to do and how important being...

I was always amazed when Helen would take the early morning business phone calls into her late 80's and early 90's. Her expertise, sense of humor, caring and motivation to stay on the job are all things hope to keep...

Helen helped me and my family through many rough years, especially with two teenage drivers on my policy. I could always hear the warmth in her voice on the phone, and she always made me feel a little better at the end of our conversations. My wife and I will miss her dearly.

Helen and my parents grew up in the Boring - Damascus area and were life time friends. I grew up knowing Helen as one of the most intelligent, capable and dignified people in my life. At the same time she enjoyed life, had a warm smile and a friendly laugh.

After Paul and Dad passed away, Helen and Mom called each other every Saturday. Mom always looked forward to those calls and the connection to Oregon and I would get an update on the Asher clan the next time I talked with my...
