She is survived by a husband, three children, one son-in-law, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two siblings, five sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Her remains rest at the Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home, 518 N. Washington Hwy., Ashland, Va., where public viewing will be Tuesday, August 17, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2010, 1 p.m., at the Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Dawn, Va. Interment church cemetery.
