Not sure what to say?

We met Helen through her husband Pres. We spent many wonderful afternoons with them both talking real estate and cars. We even bought a Rolls from Pres that we enjoyed for many years. Helen was the perfect ying to Pres´s yang. Quiet, contemplative, and sweet, against Pres´s raging bull, get out of my way persona. Our condolences to her family. She was a very special person. Noel and I met Helen when we moved to Longmeadow in 1994. She and Pres were not only generous donors to Bay Path University but to so many other colleges and universities and philanthropic organizations throughout the greater Springfield area. Helen´s philanthropy will continue for generations to come in Western Massachusetts and Florida where she lived. Perhaps what we most remember about Helen is that she always "Seized the Day" from volunteering for many of the local Springfield...

Undoubtedly, my favorite Birchland Park homeroom and Math teacher. And likewise, a great customer at Larry's Plant Shed. I always looked forward to school and her presence. Kindness and elegance remain her hallmark.

Dear Blake and Davis families - I am so sorry for your loss of Helen. I enjoyed her as a math teacher, and I remember the lovely person she was.

I knew Helen from my twelve years as Head of Wilbraham and Monson Academy. I enjoyed greatly our visits and conversations at Wilbraham, Somers, and Stuart which were always chock full of ideas for making things around us better. I always had the impression she knew a lot more than she ever let on and had a palpable presence of calm control. It might be cliche to say she was a rare woman but it´s the truth. It was an honor to know her.

I would like to extend my deepest, heartfelt sympathy to all of Helen's family, who she loved & talked about with the fondest of memories of quality time spent with all of you. I met Helen & Susan at our SFP Bible Study & visiting her became the highlight of my time while here in FL. I will never meet a more kinder, sweeter or generous person & I truly loved her like a sister. She glowed when talking about how blessed her life was and I loved hearing about her amazing trips, always with...
