Helen A. Cavic

Mothers are very special people. I think this probably applies to grandmothers, God Mothers, step-mothers and mothers-in-law also. Helen surely was special. It's very sad how her life ended up but we must put the sadness aside and celebrate all the wonderful memories we each have of her. We can't ignore the GREAT food!!! We were always treated to such wonderful goodies at her table. And her lessons, she actually taught me, or tied to teach me, to make baklava...the batches made with her...
