Maam, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Dick and I were saddened to hear of Helen's passing. We were away and just heard about it this morning. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy to you all. We have fond memories of her, when we would bump into her and always enjoy a nice chat. I remember Helen had sent me some recipes years ago, which I still have and will remember her for them. Our thoughts are with you all.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

I am so sorry to hear of the the loss of your Mom. It has been a while since I have seen all of you. I remember all of the good times I spent with you and your Mom at the Cape and the Brockton house.
She was a fabulous Mom who loved her family and life itself. She always opened her heart to all that knew her.

She was a very independent, self sufficient, strong and dignified woman who loved her family very much. Happy birthday Helen, may you rest in peace.
