Not sure what to say?

Both myself and my Dad will miss saying hello to Helen at Sunday mass. Many found memories growing up on Evergreen St.

Helen was a great lady and mother. Our last Evergreen Street mom to pass away. She will be missed by many. Condolences to Jamie ,Chris, Nancy and John and their families, love and prayers to all of you.

Helen was a kind and thoughtful neighbor. My family and I will miss her. Ann McKinney

I have known Helen all my life and I was fortunate to know her when I was a child and as an adult. What an incredible woman! She was ahead of her times with a great career and mother of 4. She was smart, funny , classy, beautiful, interesting, kind, a great mother and neighbor ( and more). She raised 4 great kids who love her dearly and took such great care of her as she aged. Helen loved her kids and enjoyed life to the fullest. I will miss her and send my condolences to the Draper...

We live behind (and one over) from Helen and are also Holy Family parishioners. We loved how Helen greeted us with sincere joy each time we saw her and always took so much interest in our kids and how we were doing. Her kindness was a beautiful thing. She was a force of nature who took such good care of herself that she was power walking to Safeway in her early 90s. What a great example for us all. We will so miss having her in our neighborhood and waving to her when we walk by the house....

Helen was a special part of my life growing up, and a dear friend to my parents. She and mom had so many memories, beginning in grade school. I will remember her always. My since sympathy goes out to your family. Janet Lynch Vehring

I can’t believe how lucky I am to have had a mother like my mom. She exemplified everything I strive to be, and she made it seem easy. I will work on being like my mother because she was perfect

She was a nice nice lady. Lived a long & productive life. Accomplished a lot in her life. Also had a great family. Helen will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace Helen.

Mrs. Draper was an amazing, ageless wonder. Talking with Mrs. Draper, who would want me to call her Helen, but I couldn't do it, since I have known her since I was in kindergarten, in her late 80's and early 90's was like talking with someone in their 30's - she was that alert and conversational. She raised a wonderful family, who helped keep her young, with their love and devotion.
I can still see her in her 80's, working in the Meals on Wheels kitchen, to prepare food for people 10...
