Not sure what to say?

Bruce, Lynn, Wendy, Barbara,

Apparently your mother had no fear. I can still see her beaming, just smiling from ear to ear when she got off that airplane at Capitol City airport. I know a lot of people especially people her age who would not have gone on a jet, let alone that little Tri-motor airplane. I'll always remember her spirit. May your memories of her comfort you. Sincerely,

Wendy ~ I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. I just found out today when reading the bulletin. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hen I'll always miss you but I know you're where you belong. Hen always treated me like a part of her family and each Thursday I'll be thinking of her and her stories. Walking into the house won't ever be the same for me again. She always made me feel special and more proud then anyone knew that she kept that postcard with her all these years later. That alone made that year worth it.
I hope when it's my turn to take care of a family member I do as good of a job as you did Wendy and...

The most wonderful and sweetest woman in the world! I have so many great memories, staying at grams all Summer, NYC trips, Atlantic City trips, too many to list. I had a special bond with my granny and she will be missed by many. I hope she is with all her loved ones in Heaven dancing and laughing. RIP Grandma, I love you so much!

Wendy, I'm so sorry to read that Helen passed away. I remember working with her at the PLCB many years and then you started. We really had some fun times together going to the Broad Street Market. After Helen retired I used to go to J.C. Penny's just to talk with her. She always had great stories to tell. I pray that the Lord's comfort and peace rest on your family at this sad time.

Wendy, I remember the first day I worked with your Mom at the LCB. She took me under her wing and shared many laughs. She was well liked and will always shine upon you. You will be missed Helen but never forgotten.
Wendy contact me when you can.

Lynnwood & Karen, I was so sorry to read about the loss of your
mother. My husband, Joe worked with both Helen and Wendy at
The Liquor Control Board for quite a fews years. He remembers them as two of the most pleasant people at the board. He also worked with Helen on and off at Wanamakers.
Joe Nelson and Lilly Nelson formally with Commerce Bank

She was my second mother for many years. She treated me like a daughter and I loved her. She loved Tom Jones and liked to take "cat naps". She was a grand lady.

Wendy, Lynn and Family: I am so sorry for the loss of Hen, a great woman who has touched so many lives. I know that her memories will bring peace to you all. I loved talking with her and hearing all the funny stories you share about her. She certainly will be missed.
