We offer our loving thoughts and prayers to all of you. We treasure our memories of Helen and so wish we had known her longer. It was our great pleasure to meet her and share Thanksgivings with her with her son Jack and Lisa at Myrtle Beach. My mother wishes she had a chance to know her better, she thought her a special and charming lady and enjoyed her company in Pittsboro. She was a clever and wonderful woman and will be dearly missed.

We are so saddened to learn of Helen's recent passing. She was such a good friend to my Mother, Jeanne Barnette, and to my sister, Blair, and me. I will fondly remember our summer multi-family beach trips and how she made the BEST blueberry pancakes ever! Helen made a tremendous difference in the lives of so many. She will be dearly missed by family, friends, and the community.
