My deepest condolences to the entire Holdefer Family! I remember Mrs Holdefer back in my school days at St Francis Xavier. Such a beautiful, kind & giving woman. She loves her Family & giving of herself. Her faith ever strong & her love for Our Lord Jesus Christ follows her still to her heavenly home!!
Thinking of you Mike & sending my sincere condolences. Your Mother is quite an AMAZING woman & blessed your family (& others) with her deep love & great memories!

There are no words to express how much I loved Helen and how much I already miss her. She was extraordinary in every sense of the word. I know her family grieves for the loss of their feisty Matriarch. I hope it is some comfort to know how many lives Helen touched with her generous spirit, her sense of adventure, and her love of life. She will live on in all those who knew her.

She was one of the greatest friends anyone could have and I was so fortunate to have her as my neighbor. I loved her and will miss her every day. My children thought she was family and loved her. She welcomed everyone into her home.
