Not sure what to say?

I met Helen James at a Women Aglow meeting at the Birmingham Racquet Club in Southside. She impressed me with her out going loving personality and the love she had for Jesus. Her smile and laugh was infectious. Helen was certainly Aglow with the light and love of Jesus. I'm sure those in Heaven were filled with joy to know Helen James was about to join them !! My prayers are for the family and many friends of this sweet and precious lady. Sincerely, Peggy...

I was blessed to connect with precious Helen many years ago leading a dance ministry small group thru Church of the Highlands. Helen opened the door for me to bring the group to a Children's Harbor outreach. Later, she facilitated opening the door for me to teach an outreach dance class at Woodlawn High School. Helen was a treasure to the body of Christ and a blessing to me personally and so many others. The legacy of her life of faithfully serving the Lord with joy will continue to bring...

Mrs. Helen was my first mentor. She loved me unconditionally and poured the love of Jesus into my life. I grew so much in her small groups and by spending time with her. So many sweet and special memories were made at her house! I am so thankful and grateful to have known her, and my life was forever changed by her continuously pouring into me and pointing me to God. Thank you, Mrs. Helen!

I served with Helen thru Women´s Aglow. She was a precious servant of the Lord.

Aw, Mrs. Helen! Us "20-Something" ladies all remember her first small group, in her home. We all agree it was the best small group ever! We are so thankful for Mrs. Helen and Cleansing Streams and lifelong friendships. Well done good and Faithful Mrs. Helen!!

Mrs James was truly the Mother' Mary of Woodlawn. Blessings for ever lasting life! Thank You for touching and guiding so many lives

Mrs Helen taught me so much about the Christian life, devotion to Jesus and loving people. She loved well and was so loved in return!

Helen was such a dear friend. I had the privilege of leading small groups with her. She had the kindest Spirit and was such a godly woman & friend. I will miss her greatly. See you in Heaven Helen!

My life is truly enriched just to have known Helen and call her my sweet Friend! I know Helen will hug my Mother, Betty Watkins, as she was also a President of Aglow at one time. Helen-just know you have lived your life well-an inspiration to us all. You also worked with my brother, Steve Watkins, to start the International Ministry at the Church of the Highlands. Thank you for your Service to so many
