Not sure what to say?

Helen moved into the neighborhood when I was about 12 years old, and my mother, father, sister and I became close friends with her. I played Scrabble and went to the bay and beach with her, Buck and their children. Being with Helen was lots of fun since she always had something interesting to say, and in later years, a joke or two! She was always smiling and laughing! I have so many good memories of her, and I will truly miss her.

I'd like to thank all of you for your wonderful words and fond memories of mom. I miss her very much.

Helen was my good friend and neighbor for 56 years. I have so many wonderful memories of all our good times together. In the days gone past, we played a lot of Scrabble, shopped, went out to lunch, enjoyed going to the CPO Club, and, of course, ended the day, until not too long ago, with the hum of a blender going, mixing a good Brandy A! She was someone that I could always confide in and was always there for me. Nothing, including the neighborhood, will ever be the same without her. She was...

I have so many fond memories of Helen. As a very young girl, I use to have fun playing basketball and Scrabble with her (I couldn't have asked for a better teacher when it came to Scrabble -- I'll always remember her love of new words and her extensive vocabulary). And, I'm sure as she's looking down on us, she would appreciate a...

Aunt Helen was like a second mother to me. I always new when I called or was in town for work or a visit that my first ten minutes or so would be filled with the latest joke's and I rarely ever heard the same one twice. Cheryl and I look forward to seeing the family and friends at Helen's celebration of life the end of the month and plan to enjoy a brandy Alexander in her honor.

Aunt Helen made my only trip to San Diego a wonderful memory I loved her humor and her unforgetable personality ! I always hoped to see her once again
she is missed and loved

Because my husband Tony was a good friend of Helen's, she and JoAnne came for a visit and I got to know her and spend a fun day with this exceptional Lady. She will be missed by so many.

Helen always had a smile and could also make me smile along with her. Her hair was always "perfect." She will certainly be missed by all who knew her.
