Bob and family,
Ben and I are so sorry to hear of Helen's passing. Please accept our heartfelt condolences for your lost. Helen was so special to our entire family and we feel like an Icon has left us.
We all loved when the two of you visited, and listening to the many terrific stories of your travels and so on. We had so many wonderful laughs together, and truly miss those visits.
Our sorrow is also great as we lost our daughter Vina on November 21, 2012 and I know that she and...

Bob and family, I consider myself very fortunate to have had the pleasure to know Helen. Though her bright light of life is no longer with us, I feel certain that it is glowing strong in paradise. I'm thankful for her friendship. Love, Liz

John and I were so saddened to learn of the passing of Helen. What a wonderful wit and we had so many laughs together. What an awesome storyteller. Our sympathies to Bob, Hetty Lou, Chata Raye and family. May God bless you.

Our family just learned about your mother's passing. Our mother, Eleanor Gould, loved your mother and always spoke about their childhood and growing up together. Your mother always made everyone smile! Our blessings to your Dad and to Chata and Hetty Lou.
Debbie and Pam ( daughters of Eleanor )

Bob, I was so sorry to hear about your loss of Helen. You are in my thoughts.

I was very upset to hear my good friend and next door neighbor for over 40 years had passed away. I shared many good times with both Helen and Bob on their front porch as they described their many adventures of travel and family. We also shared caring of our pets when each of us took vacation. Since moving to Texas in 2007, I missed them greatly. To both Hetty, Chata and their families, my condolence in your loss.

I will always remember growing up enjoying my Aunt Helen's many stories and family get-togethers. I am glad I had the chance to share those special times and was inspired by her travel stories. My deepest condolences to family and friends.

I grew up knowing Helen. What a wonderful, unusual woman she was! She had a curiosity about life and an original way of looking at everything which was just fascinating to me. She will forever be an important and indelible part of my memories of growing up, having inspired me in so many ways. My love to all the family at this time and always.

Chata - we send our thoughts, prayers, and condolences to you and your family on the loss of your mother - from the D/HOH Program
