Not sure what to say?

Always in my heart and memory.

I will always remember this remarkable lady.

I knew Helen from her work at Laguna High School in Sebastopol, CA in the late 1990s and early 2000s. She was an awesome nurse and person. Always so cheerful and interested in everyone. She will be missed. -- I read about her life in her obit and all the things she did and places she visited. Amazing! And that was really the word for Helen...Amazing!!

Dearest Helen, what a joy you have been in my life and the life of my family. You are sorely missed. I look forward to seeing you on the other side when it's my turn to cross over. Much love and Aloha to you and your family.

You will be missed. In your lifetime you have touched many people. You always had a positive attitude. The memories of our Girl Scout troop's #50, 2 week camping trips, will always have a special place in my heart.

We first meet Helen on a trip to the Antarctic in 2003,it was an instant friendship as we both liked travel. We also had a common interest in Los Gatos high school. In 2005 we where one group ahead of her on a trip from Cape Town to Cairo. In 2006 we joined Helen and Merry on a trip to Copper Canyon in Mexico. We have been in contact with Helen since the 2003 trip and will miss her letters. She was a very interesting woman, and a wonderful friend.

Helen was a dear friend ever since we attended UCSF to earn our BS degrees in Nursing. Though we went separate ways with work and families we met every year for picnics and stays at Asilomar. Even our children became part of the celebrations. Helen was so interested in the world around her, so curious and upbeat. What a loss.

I first met Helen a couple of years ago at the Saturday Afternoon Club and always enjoyed talking with her on the Saturdays I saw her. She was so friendly and so gracious. I enjoyed reading about her remarkable life. She will be missed.

What an example to all of us on using our time to the fullest. It's an honor to have known and worked with you.
