Helen P. Marie

Peg proved that there are lots of ways to live a meaningful, connected, and loving life. I miss her but think of her when I use the glass she had made for her camp friends.

She is remembered fondly by camp friends. We treasure the glasses she gave us at the 100th celebration. Peg was a lovely friend.

I only just found out about Peg's passing. I am so sad to hear this news. I knew Peg from Camp Jeanne d'Arc. She came to teach basket weaving when I was a camper. We stayed in touch briefly throughout the years and she made me the most beautiful basket that I'll always cherish. I am so grateful my path crossed with Peg's in this lifetime. I'll always remember her.

I met Helen back the 60´s at Lincoln School. We both were deaf Hard of Hearing so we were in special Ed class. One time she came to my house for my birthday party. We were sitting down watching tv when the tv fell it landed on Helen foot(she didn´t get hurt). We would talk about this for a long time. We lost touch for many years till I went to her mom´s services. We met up a few times after this. She was a very sweet girl. Attach is a picture that was in newspaper of the both of us.
