Helen T. Mayer

Helen T. (Tighe) Mayer, 69, a resident for 43 years of Garnerville, New York, a teacher, died at University Community Hospital in Tampa, Florida, on Thursday, May 2, 2002. Calling hours are scheduled for Wednesday, May 8, and Thursday, May 9, 2002, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 71 North Central Highway, Garnerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, May 10, 10:15 a.m., at St. Gregory's, Garnerville. Burial will follow at F.W. Loescher's Veteran's Cemetery, Brick Church Road and Route 45, Spring Valley, New York.
