Not sure what to say?

Our sincere condolences to Fay's family. May God grant you peace in the days and months ahead.

I was really sad to hear of the passing of Fay. She will be greatly missed. Her spirit and smile was sincere to everyone. I worked with Fay while I was an employee at JCP and we shared great conversation about our family and GOD. Haven has a new angel.

Please accept my deepest sympathies; you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I learned of this sad and shocking news when I returned from vacation today. I interacted with Fay regularly here in the UK College of Medicine and always enjoyed those opportunities. She was unfailingly helpful and pleasant -- always interested and responsive, always willing to work toward a satisfactory resolution of any problem or opportunity, always dedicated to the institution, always warm and generous. I...

Fondly remember Fay while she and her brothers were youth at Clayvillage Baptist Church in Shelby County. Our condolences and prayers for her family.

Fay was quick to offer assistance when I needed anything and was welcoming to everyone. She took time out of her busy schedule to check on me this winter several times when I was out with a broken leg and ankle. I loved and will miss her Southern sass, our lively conversations, and shared laughs. God Speed Miss Fay. You will be terribly missed.

DAG with Faye

Faye was a wonderful person with a lively personality and infectious laugh. When I joined Deans' Assistants' Group (DAG) in 2010 Faye was one of the first people I met. She quickly made me feel very welcome and continued to share her wit and wisdom with me over the years at subsequent meetings. I have no doubt that she was a wonderful mother, grandmother, friend, and colleague to all and she will be sorely missed. I pray the family is surrounded by peace during this difficult time.

We are saddened to hear the news of Fay's passing. We will miss her at our meetings. She loved to laugh and was such a joy to be around. God has a greater plan for her.

Dean's Assistants Group

I meet Fay three years ago when I first moved to Lexington first working part time at JCP with her then working at UK. Her office was just around the corner from mine. I would go by at least once a week and visit with her. She was truly a great person so many people loved her including myself. Fay you will be greatly missed. I still find it hard to believe that you are gone. Rest in peace my friend.
