I was saddened to hear of the loss of your mother. I do hope that you and Richard will be comforted by the many fine memories you have of her to cherish in the days and months ahead.

Know that she witnessed your many amazing accomplishments with the "Lawrence Welk Show" and she is one of the proudest angels in heaven.

Mary Lou, you had a great mother. I met her in Branson, and I just loved Her. You will remember me. I come to a lot of the welk shows. God knows what he is doing, and you and Richard will find comfort in prayer. She will be greatly missed.I loved her, and I think you knew.
