I will always remember Helen as my mother´s best friend . I knew her my whole life . In fact, mom was pregnant with me when she went to her wedding in October and I was born November 28! I have photographs of them taking baby photos of me . They met when they both lived in a little cottage complex off of 30 th and Guadalupe . I remember the many many visits and long phone calls when growing up . I´m sure she was a comfort to my folks when I moved to Anchorage , Alaska . I still can see her...
