Happy Birthday to my dear friend Helen, wherever you are. You were my saving grace in 1982 when I began working in Medical Records and didn't really know anyone yet. We soon became friends and met once a month for the most interesting conversations and many glasses of wine over the next 30 years.

Ever since the first one, that you made for me, I still have a Manhattan once a week. Every time I walk into the JCL lobby, at work, I picture you frolicking about, always so busy - it makes me smile. And, Anzio's Italian Restaurant is still a favorite ... I've recommended it to many.
