Your mom was truly a beautiful lady full of love and kindness. I am blessed to have had her in my life. Always had a kind word and beautiful smile. Such a kind and welcoming lady, especially to all the kids who grew up on Garfield St. Her front yard was the neighborhood football field and the lit basketball court in the backyard was always open for business. Fond memories I will always treasure. My deepest sympathy to the Plese and Pettis families.
