When Carolyn spoke at her funeral the comment she made about Jean saying have the table set and the family will think dinner is on its way, or put an onion in the oven. These comments are priceless. Jean was such a warm, caring person. Whenever I saw her she had a way of making me feel so loved and I always knew of her concern for my well being. Jean was a member of the 40+ year sewing club of which my mother is also a member, and I felt a particular closeness to Jean because she was one of my mom's close friends who watched me grow up, came to my bridal shower, and made my son a baby gift ("Ne Ne pillow" and "Bia" blanket) that 4 years later he still cherishes to this day.
