I'm very sorry to learn of Helen's passing. She was such a genuinely lovely lady. I always found it amazing throughout the years that whenever I'd see her she ALWAYS asked "How's Katharina and Melanie?" It always touched me that she was so kind to remember their names, and without exception ask about each of them. May it be of some comfort to know that her kindness has left a mark on others.
