Helen Marie Scallon

I met Helen in 1979 through teaching in Portland. I was expecting our first child not long after. My husband and I were fellow Catholics and Helen welcomed all 3 of our children! She was one of the nicest, kindest people I ever knew. I know how much she loved ALL of her family. She talked proudly of them all the time! I am blessed to have know such a fine person.
