She was a neighbor, a friend, an employee, an ambassador of American culture, but most importantly, she was family. We met Mrs. C and Lester when we first moved to the Colony Lodge, but it wasn't until the birth of or first daughter Seema that neighbors became friends. It is with sadness that I hear of the death of Helen. Although I did not know her very well, it was through her husband Les who worked with me for some years that I came to know her in a small way. After Les died, I visited her several times when passing through Pine Gove, she was always welcoming and cheerful, ready with a cup of coffee and a good chat. The world has lost another good person and it will be worse off for that.

May she rest in peace and her God go with her.

So sorry to hear about Helen. She was a wonderful lady. So glad I got to know her. Our thoughts and prayers to the family.
