Helen D. Smith, 91, of Lebanon, Ohio, passed away on Jan. 4, 2024. A celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville, is serving the family.
