To All of Helen's Family,

I am very sorry for your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

Katherine Stevens

To all of Helen's family,
I am so sorry that we have lost Helen. She was unsurpassed in her kindness and positive attitude. I grew up at the Steak House and Helen was there from the start. I remember being just big enough to steal cherries off of the bar from her sister Flo. My brother Bob said it best (above), Seeing Helen and for me, being able to give her a big hug really made my day. I am so glad for her, that she was active and healthy right up until we lost her.

Joe, Tom, Warren:

I’m very sorry to hear of your mothers passing. My thoughts are with you. My memories of Helen will stay with me forever. She was “great” lady.

Helen was a true pleasure to have known. A true gem of a person. Always cheerful. From my very own earliest memories at her home on upper east road with the horses across the street to the many memorable moments at The Vermont Steak House, I enjoyed her company. In recent years, just running into her and...

Oh how sad, another Steak House legend has departed...Helen was the sweetest woman I've ever worked with. She and Eddie can share some good laughs now as they await the rest of us. My sincere condolences to the family.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Helen was a very sweet woman. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dearest Warry, Tommy, & Joey: How sorry was I to read of your Mom's passing online. It is never easy to lose a parent, especially one as special as Helen. She was a really nice lady. Much aloha & sympathy: Kathleen (Sheils) Wescott

I was so sad to read of Helen's passing. I worked with Helen for many years at the Vermont Steak House. She taught me many of my waitressing skills. She was one of the sweetest, kindest, most giving people I have ever known. We had so many laughs over the years, she could always find humor in anything! And she never forgot Greg's birthday, she always brought him a cake to the Steak House. I'm sorry for your loss...Be In Peace Helen.
