Not sure what to say?

Helen was my favorite home Ed. teacher. She had so much class. She called me and one of my class mates the Happy Rippers,,I guess we were not to good in sewing. She was a lot of fun. A beautiful lady.

I was saddened to read of Helen's death. "Trivi", as we fondly called her, hired me to teach Home Economics in the Auburn School District, where I remained for 32 wonderful years. I have many fond memories of her as my department chairperson, mentor and friend. My thoughts and prayers are with youl at this most difficult time.

I was sorry to hear of your loss. Helen was a wonderful person and had a positive impact on all the students she taught during her career in Auburn. I enjoyed working with Helen at Auburn High School.

Cara Carolyn,

With our heartfelt sympathy at the loss of your beloved Aunt Helen
and with our enduring admiration for your devotion and faithfulness
to your family … Your life is a source of inspiration to all of us -
for the compassionate elder care giving that you have extended to
your cherished family … We will always treasure the visits and phone
calls that you coordinated for Helen and Gilda to share with our beloved
Robert during the final months of his life …...

Helen was such a wonderful person- I learned so much from her. Her memory will be with many young women who she touched in her role as teacher and mentor.

To Helen and those she leaves behind...what a wonderful person and visible teacher she was. She was known and appreciated by every student at West High School...even those who did not take home economics. My years at West High were made better by good teachers such as she. I am sure it is the same for all who walked the corridors during our years there. Nice people are never forgotten.

Miss Trivisond was my hom-ec teacher at West High School many, many years ago. She was a wonderful teacher, a true professional, patient and kind. I have run into her often in the grocery store and she always remembered me. She was a lovely lady. I have wonderful memories of her. My deepest expressions of sympathy to her family.

The news of Helen's passing comes as a complete shock to me. We have kept in close touch over the years since working together in the Auburn schools by exchanging letters, greeting cards and occasional phone calls. I have never known a dearer friend. I am deeply saddened by the news. My sincere condolences go out to Carolyn and her family.
