Helen Marie Weekes

Sister Helen was a member of our Eastern Star Chapter in Las Cruces, New Mexico for 10 years. She was a gracious loving person and we enjoyed her and Brother Lew very much. When I was Worthy Grand Matron of New Mexico in 1996-97, Sister Helen was the Keeper of my memory books. She did such a beautiful job of making a very special set of memories for me. I will always remember the 'Weekes' ,especially Mrs. Weekes from the Orland Rd neighborhood. Those Parties!! the Pool!!! We thought she was 'hollywood' What a great Lady! Fond memories from the old neighborhood

Our prayers are with you during this sad and difficult time!! Helen brought her dear little friend, Gracie to our shop for grooming. Oh how she loved that little girl !!! We enjoyed our friendship with Helen and she will be dearly missed.
