This is such a shock to hear of Helena´s Passing! She has literally touched endless numbers of lives in so many ways! She was my neighbor, teacher, mentor, coworker, spiritual director, sister and dear friend I´m sad to have lost touch when she moved away from Bolton My deepest condolences and prayers Cara to you and your families I´m so grateful to have known her! Her essence will always surround usmay that bring great comfort and peace to us all
