Helene DeRossitte-Moerman

Helene DeRossitte-Moerman, age 83, of Russellville, died Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. A daughter of the late Ira Earl and Ada Lucille Brown DeRossitt, she was born March 29, 1925 in North Little Rock. She was a retired cook, was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and attended the Damascus Assembly of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her ex-husband, William Bishop; two sons, James Joseph Bishop and William David Bishop; a daughter, Teresa Anne Bishop; and four brothers. Survivors include her husband, Jack Moerman; a son, Adrian Moerman of Bakersfield, California; a daughter, Renee Farris of Mission Viejo, California; two daughters-in-law: Goldie Doty of Russellville; and Vonnie Bishop of Susanville, California; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will conduct a private memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by Shinn Funeral Service.
