Dear Spencer & family, Hank & family, Mona & family, Many many will miss you Mom. She most always had a sage word, quick clip, or recipe for me. I always came away from your parents with a smile and with a smile. May your good memories help you through your loss. with love, Gail Landon

To Helene's family--I enjoyed getting to know your mother through Lou Wood. A wonderful lady and she will be missed by all. Marlene Lawence--Bend, Oregon

Dear Mona, Hank and Spencer,

Your mother was an exceptional woman. You are so fortunate to have had her for your mother and to have her with you for so many years.

But that doesn't make your sorrow easier. My thoughts are with you.

Helene was a great friend of my mother. I remember hearing of many happy times they had together. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Spencer and Mary; Hank and Winnie,

A Great Lady who lived a marvelous life.

Thinking of you and yours at this time.

Fondly,

Helene was in a Bryn Mawr book club I helped organize several years ago. Though in the last couple of years her participation had tapered off, we all have fond memories of the meetings held at her lovely home on the Columbia.
