Helga Connor

Helga was a kind and caring person. I worked with Helga Connor at the BOE. She was extremely helpful to the voters, updating their records upon the voters request. Efficient and following through with knowledge that the voter knew where & when they were to vote. Helga was proud of her son Steven & his family. Helga will be missed by all. I am saddened at the loss of such a beautiful soul. Met Helga at the S.I. Board of Elections. Helga could always bring a smile to my face with her sense of humor while toiling at the BoE! She was a salt of the earth person. Blessed to have met her. She brightened my days while working together. Rest in Peace Helga. You made the world a much better place.

I had the pleasure and honor of knowing Helga for over 30 years, 9 of those years we worked together at the NYC Board of Elections. We were a great team at the board, we always excelled at any project given to us, because we had the same work ethics, always to your best and take pride in your job, ALWAYS!!!!
