Helmut graciously agreed to relocate me and my family back to Tacoma when the Chicago Network Control was eliminated. I will always remember Helmut´s rational demeanor and human kindness in that time of need for me and my family.

We are saddened at the loss of our dear friend and member of our security team at Weyerhaeuser. What a long and eventful journey he used to share with us - from Germany, to Canada and then to the U.S. His life's stories were fascinating. He was a good friend to many and certainly all of his team mates in the CSG. We are fortunate to have stayed in touch since retirement and for an occasional get together with our group. He will be sorely missed. We are also blessed to have known his family...
