Dear Sue,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Helmut was a most wonderful man.

Love,

Sad to see a dear neighbor passing on. Our condolences to Sue and your family. I can only imagine that Helmut is still enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets here in one of the most beautiful locations ever!

Dear Sue and family,
25 years ago I was a tenant of yours and Helmut's at the "Langer's Landing" apartments. It was a beautiful place to live and Helmut was a good landlord and was always kind to me. My deepest sympathies and prayers to you and your family.

My dear Mrs. Langer,

Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of Helmut. He always had a pleasant word when I would pass by with my dog. He seemed very happy and very much in the moment by the sea. The world is a sadder place for his leaving.

Dear Sue, Elyse, Alison and Emily,

With our deepest sympathy to you all during this difficult time.

Sue, Amanda and Lexy Kelly
