The flowers

I am so sorry for the loss of Henrietta Fields. Her legacy lives on even though her time on this earth has come to an end. So I pray that you keep her family in prayers. I know the time will come when I will see her again.

Bonita, please know we share your sorrow and we are so sorry for your loss! It seems surreal at times when I think of this vibrant lady I was privileged to call my sister and my friend no longer here. She loved you and your brother wholeheartedly! From talking to her, if only for a short time, you knew Billy was her Heart, too!

She was the delight of our Tuesday Bible Class as long as she was able to attend and such a practical, wise woman! I will miss the many funny comments she made;...

Ms. Gooden,

I am sorry for the loss of your sister. My memories of her as I grew up in Lewisburg are ones of a woman with a great spirit that always brought energy and culture to all she was involved in. She influenced many without even attempting to do so or recognizing the legacy she was creating by just being herself and holding to a standard of excellence.

Bonita I am so sorry for your loss of your mother. You and your family are in my prayers.

Hen was my neighbor at McKendree Village. I love her, she brightened the day for everyone.
We will all miss her!

I have known you all my life. Grew up across the street from each other. I'm going to miss you. You always had something crazy to say to me. I loved you like a sister. But God had other plans. He wanted you to join his band of angels. Rest now.

She was a great Teacher and I will always remember her. Praying for you Bonita and your Family. "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us (Romans 8: 18)"

Bonita and DK.
I was a friend of Henrietta's. I did not have the opportunity to see her often, but when we ran into each other, usually at the TSU after-parties, it was chat, chat and catch up. I will certainly miss her sage wisdom, humor, and warmth. She had phenomenal taste in clothing, jewelry and was always put together. May God be with you both and other members of your family as you mourn the loss of this dynamic lady.

Beverly Gay and Charlotte, please accept my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your sister.
