Not sure what to say?

I've always been very proud of the fact that Henrietta (Hank the Bank) managed our branch. She was outstanding but not only as a banker, but a golfer. Shari's Restaurants paid for her playing in the LPGA tournament at Columbia Country Club. Her caddy was a priest, her brother. Henrietta hit them long and straight, usually, but I don't know anyone who enjoyed the game like Henrietta did. I'm proud of her. She invited me to the festival in Mt. Angel and we had a ball. Sincerely,

Henrietta's life was an inspiration to me and an example of a life well lived. She will always remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

I too knew "Hank" through my parents, Dolores (Ebner) and Ted Demezas. Hank was a beautiful person in every way. She always greeted you with her wonderful smile. She loved to talk about her golf, roses and other passions. I will always have fond memories of her and her Mt. Angel friends who met to celebrate birthdays at Marquam Inn. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you celebrate her wonderful life.

I remember Henrietta from my childhood, she always had a warm smile for everyone. You knew she was a hard worker just by looking how she kept up her family home. And she conducted herself as a professional business woman, certainly ahead of her time.

Whether I was walking past her home every day when going to my dad's shop or going into US Bank, Henrietta always had a smile on her face. She loved her roses, golf, and volunteering. Every time I pass the "Saalfeld" home, I think of a wonderful lady who I enjoyed conversing with and also playing golf with. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family as they remember a wonderful lady.

I loved Henrietta! She was always so nice! I remember trick-or-treating at her home with my grandparents (Ed and Viv Schaecher) every Halloween. She always had a warm smile and was very welcoming. She will be missed.

I knew Hank through my parents, Ted and Dolores Demezas. She was a wonderful person and very thoughtful of those around her. When my mother lived at Mt Angel Healthcare Center Hank would often stop by to see how she was doing. I know my mother would be happy to hear that Hank donated her cute house and property to the city of Mt. Angel as she didn't want to see anything happen to it. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know you will all miss Hank dearly.
