Henry Abrams M.D.

Oh, Nona. We are heartbroken. Ethan and Gideon were so looking forward to seeing you both this summer. Henry was the most wonderful person and the very best playmate to the little boys next door. We will cherish our memories of those magical years.

I worked next door to Dr. Abrams residence on Broadmead when he lived in Princeton. Over the years we developed a father son type of relationship. We talked at length about diverse topics. I'll remember his K.I.S.S. technique for resolving problems and his love for African Violets. He instilled a confidence within me that I'll always be greatful for. HE possessed the finest professional eye care manner I have EVER experienced. He always selected and attracted the finest staff consistent with his grace, warm ease, pleasantness and remarkable skills. He did it all effortlessly without affect---an authentic human being. He did Plato and Moses proud. We need more magnanamous people like him to continue to make this world better. I am very sorry for your loss which was for so long the world's gain.

My husband & I are sorry to learn of the death of Dr. Henry Abrams and we extend our sympathy and condolences to his entire family. I worked four years for Dr. Abrams at his Ophthalmology office in Princeton until he sold that practice. Henry was a fine gentleman, a kind employer and a good friend. I have the fondest memories of Cousin Henry from my childhood. Whether it was taking care of my eyes or opening his home to me, Henry showed me kindness...always. My life was greatly enriched by him inviting me to be part of his family, at an unsettled time in my youth. I was happy to re-connect, for a while, in my adult life, too. My deepest condolences to all who loved Henry.
