Henry Adams is Colonel Adams to me. I served on his staff in the 1033rd USAR School several years ago.
Col Adams was a superb leader--always logical, always fair, and always supportive of the personnel who served his unit. He never had to raise his voice. He had the respect of everyone. Result was a productive unit, one that simply got the job done.
My sincere condolences to his family.

We nicked named your Dad 'quality control' as no envelope (over 2000) ever went to the post office without the stamp. I am so glad to have known him and will always...

I send my deepest condolences to Henry’s family on their loss. When I was the Mercy Director of Volunteers , two of my favorite volunteers were Henry and Barbara Adams. Every Wednesday on the State Street Information Desk you would find this loving couple welcoming visitors. When there was a need for extra hands, they raised theirswhether it was for help at a flu clinic or a donation. They gave thousands of hours of service. Barbara was a skilled knitter and taught me many tricks of the...
