My Godfather was an extraordinary man! Generous in life and a remarkable man. I regret not staying in touch and I am sad to hear of his passing! My father, Louis Donald loved his brother and I am saddened by Uncle Hanks passing! My love to all my cousins and my deepest sympathy for their loss!

We all called him, "Uncle Henry", even though he was my father's 1st cousin, Ike Berben. Uncle Henry was so loved, such a gentle soul, and a great dancer. I'm saddened as he held the legacy to our family and will be greatly missed.

To the Berben family my sincere condolences on your loss. My father Tom Mullen was a good friend of Henry's and Always spoke well of him. Henry was also my father's eyeglass go to guy. RIP Henry & God bless all of his family.

Henry was a great friend to my dad. I was fortunate to share many laughs with him at my parent's home, the North Albany Post, and Albany Elks. May he Rest In Peace.

Mr Berben was a wonderful friend of my parents, Bernie and Marie Fischer. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to do whatever he could to help you. RIP.

A Great and Kind Man.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Lynette,
Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

To all of Henry’s Family: Henry was a great friend to me and to my late Dad, Jack McNulty (who was also born in 1922). I am very sorry for your loss.

My Family went to him when we were kids ,when he was on Maiden
Lane. He was a good man. May he Rest In Peace
