Cindy, So sorry to hear of your dad's passing. Your in my thoughts and prayers.

My days with the Harahan Police Department started with my introduction to Henry Blanco back in 1989. Henry was my supervisor and field training officer. It didn't take long for our relationship to develop into a friendship that has lasted over 20 years. I can tell you Henry was devoted to serving the people of Harahan.
