Henry Andrew "Hal" Brown

Simply one of the finest human beings I´ve ever had the privilege of knowing

I am just reading of Hal's death. Hal and i would meet every year on our daily walks in St John USVI. A very friendly, gracious, calm man, I looked forward to my time in St John every year and upon arrival on my first morning I would look for him. He was usually coming down the hill near Gallows Point with his little dog Twinkle. We would chat for quite a bit. I miss him. Hal and Pat took us under wing. Our son became an Eagle Scout while Hal was still on the troop committee. Our last visit with Hal and Pat was at Costco. We miss them both so much. My husband, Jim, and Pat had the Washington, NC connection too. Grace Johnston

Hal was a special person and will be missed by all. I remember he and Pat sharing St. John's with our family. Remember the good times and prayers to all.

So sad to learn of Hal's passing. I worked at Adele for several years. He & Pat were always so kind and a pleasure to be around. My thoughts and prayers for Pat, Bruce & the family.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Hals passing. He was a remarkable friend to have and I enjoyed working with him. My condolences to the Brown family.

Hal was simply the best example of what being a good person means. To know him was to love him.
