To Henry's (Ray as I knew him) family: I am so sorry for your loss. When I started my career in 1980 as a State Farm agent, Ray was my first agency manager. As I got to know him and Barb, they were very respectable people and hardworking and generous. Ray set a great example for agents and I still use some of his closing techniques in sales today.
