Not sure what to say?

Hank was one of the hardest working people I've ever known. He was the original "multi-tasker". You had to see what he did to believe it. For decades, he simultaneously performed oil changes, repaired flats, charged batteries, installed brakes & shocks, all while running out to fill tanks, wash windshields, check oil, make change, be friendly, hook up U-Haul trailers, answer the phone, shovel snow by hand, pay bills and balance the books. Today's "multi-taskers" wouldn't know where to...

Growing up in the 70 I lived on Lexington. My parents had Hank service their cars and of course every kid had a Scwhinn bike. Hank must have fixed my flat tires 10s of times. Especially after I put too much air in one tire on the south air bay. After that explosion Hank would always look for me coming to put air in my tire himself. A truly generous and helpful man I will never forget. What a guy.

Kind, considerate, accomodating, hard working, sincere.....All of these words describe Uncle Hank. May he rest in peace.

My condolences to you, Mrs. Ditton, Richard, Dave and all grandchildren. I grew up just several doors down from Hank's Gulf, and remember his constant kindnesses to me and my mother. He was wonderful to help me, and every other neighborhood kid who needed assistance, with our bikes. And he was ever-willing to help get our family car jump-started on a cold winter morning. Two words come to mind when I remember Hank: faithful and kind. He was a shining example to me of what an honorable man...

A Wonderful brother of my dad. I wish I would have gotten to know him better. May you both enjoy each other now in Heaven.

Dave, Sorry to here of your fathers passing. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
