Thank you Dr. Hook for a long friendship. My favorite memory of you is the picture of you at the helm of your sailboat and knowing you saved a boat in distress on the East Coast . I have happy memories while working together at LMH. Rest in Peace.

My prayers and thoughts go out to Dr. Hook's family. I worked with him at the Licking County Tuberculosis Clinic from 1971 until his retirement in 1989. He was a great teacher and I learned so much from him. I know he will be missed.
