Obituary

Flesh, Henry of Minnetonka, formerly of Piqua, OH. Survived by wife, Anice; and other family members too numerous to mention; and many, many friends. Received DFC in WWII as a Navigator on a B-24 based in Italy. Formerly in the textile business, since moving to MN 40 years ago he has devoted his life to service in the community, most especially as a friend of Bill W. Memorials to the Taft School, Waterbury, CT, MN Orchestra or donor's choice. Jazz Memorial Service at St. David's Episcopal Church, 13000 St. David's Road, Minnetonka at 6:00 PM on Tuesday 6/30/09.

I'm so sorry to hear the news. Henry is the reason I started playing drums; I still use the kit that he gave me ten years ago. My thoughts are with you.

Anice, I am sorry to learn of Henrys passing. He sure lead a full life and helped alot of people.

Anice, Henry was an incredible man. He devoted his life to others and helped so many along in their journeys and difficulties. He was a straight shooter who didn't mince words. That's what made him so wonderful of a friend and mentor to many of us. Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family.
