I would like to express my thanks to Eldon Kramer and the members of the Military Honor Guard that presented the flags, taps, flag un-fold, flag-fold and volley at the services for my husband, Henry (Verne) Frank on Saturday, June 12th at the Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff.
