I knew and worked with Harry when he was head of the Chiefs of Police Association in Harrisburg.
He was such a fine gentleman and good friend. My wife and I were truly saddened to hear of Harry's passing. He was really one of the good guys that you meet in your life. Wish there were more like him. RIP.

I remember Chief Gabb when we lived in Gladstone Manor area. As a young boy growing up I always remember him being nice an polite . I attended St Philomena's an was always selling something door to door as we use to in the olden days an Mr. Gabb would always buy whatever I was selling .As a young boy I also remember him always stopping to say hello and make sure us boys were OK.
